If you read the actual study and do a little math, it's pretty clear the numbers are cooked. The ratios aren't calculated the same way for each school, and no rationale is given for this.
Not that I doubt the findings: Republicans over the years have shown precious little interest in education. I don't expect many of them would want to make a living at it.
